About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to the PIONEER website, presented by Pioneer Kitchen Vent LLC, Covington, Georgia, USA. References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.
The website is a product catalogue and a tool for preparing procurement briefs. These terms describe website use; a separately accepted written quotation or supply agreement governs an actual purchase. There is no online checkout, payment collection or customer account on this website.
Business use & project information
The catalogue is intended for adults evaluating a business or institutional project. If you act for an organisation, provide information you are authorised to share and identify the organisation accurately.
Keep your intended use, quantities, destination and technical requirements accurate. Preparing a brief does not appoint us as your agent, adviser or procurement representative, and does not bind your organisation to an order.
Descriptions, imagery & availability
Descriptions and illustrations help communicate product categories and design directions. Product images, including generated imagery, are illustrative; room settings, accessories, colours and proportions may differ from the final item.
A catalogue entry does not confirm stock, a manufacturing relationship, origin, testing, certification, performance or a delivery date. Request an item-specific specification and supporting documentation before relying on a particular feature. We may correct errors and update or remove catalogue entries. Changes to this website do not amend an already accepted supply agreement.
Guide prices & written quotations
Prices labelled “guide” or “from” are indicative planning figures. Where a comparable third-party listing is cited, the figure is a reference to that listing, not a confirmed offer from us to supply the referenced branded product. No affiliation with the referenced manufacturer or retailer is implied.
Set and programme totals may be calculated by multiplying a reference unit price by a stated quantity. That calculation is not a negotiated bulk rate. Currency, quantity, customisation, tax, duties, freight and other charges must be confirmed in a written quotation. A guide price is not an all-inclusive landed cost.
Check the exact goods, unit and total price, currency, included services, payment schedule, quotation validity and delivery terms in the accepted offer.
Preparing a brief & placing an order
The brief tool compiles the information you enter into an email draft in your chosen mail application. Review and send the draft there. Opening a draft or downloading a product summary is not an enquiry receipt, inventory reservation, order acceptance or payment instruction.
The website does not send messages automatically. Any later order requires explicit agreement on its specification and commercial terms. We are not obliged to accept every enquiry. Do not transfer funds solely on the basis of catalogue content or a locally prepared brief.
Range hoods, specification & installation
Our catalogue covers residential metal range hoods and related integrated lighting. A visual design does not establish ventilation performance or installation suitability.
- A project specification should identify dimensions, finish, mounting, appliance clearances, duct arrangement, blower requirements and electrical supply.
- Confirm which components, lighting, controls, accessories and installation services are included in the written quotation; images may show a wider room setting.
- Use qualified professionals to assess site conditions, applicable building and electrical requirements, ventilation and any make-up air requirements.
- Approve final drawings and material samples before authorising custom manufacture. Finish, scale and colour may appear different on a screen.
Delivery, imports & project schedules
Delivery destinations, lead times, freight arrangements, insurance, import responsibilities and allocation of risk must be set out in the accepted quotation or supply agreement. The catalogue does not promise worldwide availability, a fixed dispatch time or a particular shipping method.
For a project, agree any phased deliveries, receiving requirements, installation dependencies and inspection procedure before placing an order. Product- or destination-specific restrictions must be checked for the actual transaction.
Changes, returns & warranty
Cancellation, changes, returns, replacement, inspection and warranty arrangements must be confirmed for the actual goods before an order is accepted. Custom manufacture, special-order quantities and handling-sensitive materials may need item-specific arrangements.
Keep the agreed specification and order records. Any defect or discrepancy should be raised through the contact channel in the relevant supply agreement. Nothing in these terms removes consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Content ownership & acceptable use
You may browse the website and retain reasonable extracts for internal project evaluation. Brand names, text, visual design and other content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Third-party names are used to identify their owners or references and do not imply endorsement.
- Do not impersonate the company, misrepresent a relationship or republish the catalogue commercially without permission.
- Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, circumvent security or disrupt access for others.
- Do not include unlawful content, payment credentials, passwords or information you are not authorised to disclose in a brief.
Your project information remains yours. Preparing a local brief does not grant us ownership of it. If confidential technical material is needed later, agree a suitable way to exchange it before sending.
Privacy & external services
Our Privacy Policy explains browsing data and how the brief tool works. Reference links may lead to independent websites with their own content, terms and privacy practices.
External links do not make those services part of this website or create an endorsement. Check the destination before sharing information or making a purchase. Your browser, device and email provider also operate under their own settings and policies.
Website availability & responsibility
The website supports initial evaluation and does not replace a confirmed specification, product instructions or qualified technical advice. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, faults or circumstances outside our control; we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Responsibilities for actual goods, delivery and commercial remedies are set out in the applicable supply agreement and mandatory law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or alters statutory rights.
Updates & correspondence
Last updated: October 13, 2026. Updates apply to future website use from the date shown. A website update does not retrospectively change an accepted order or supply agreement.
