At checkout, add your contact details and destination. Open the email draft, review it and send it from your email app.
Review the final details
We confirm availability, exact goods, shipping, taxes, the final total and applicable return terms by email. Payment follows our written acceptance and payment instructions. Keep the correspondence for delivery and order support.
Can I enquire as an individual?
Individual customers and businesses are welcome. Choose the quantity in your cart; availability and any custom requirements are confirmed by email before payment.
Delivery and charges
Send the destination country and postal code with your enquiry. Delivery availability, dispatch estimates, shipping costs, taxes and import responsibilities depend on the item and destination and must be confirmed in the quotation.
Returns, damaged items and order changes
Contact help@ohsocool.net with your order reference and a description of the issue. For damage or a wrong item, include clear photos of the item and packaging. Request return instructions before sending goods back.
Product-specific cancellation, return and warranty terms must be provided before an order is accepted, including any conditions for customised goods. Your applicable statutory rights are not affected.
How do I send an order or enquiry?
Choose “Email order for confirmation” at checkout to open an email draft, or use the enquiry form for a question. Review and send the draft in your email app. You can also copy or download the order summary and send it to help@ohsocool.net. Opening, copying or downloading a summary does not send it to us or make a payment.
